Adolescent psychotherapy focuses on the issues that can affect healthy social, emotional, and intellectual development. Therapy gives teens the tools to not only change specific behaviors, but also develop lifelong coping skills they need to deal with stress in a healthy way.
I work with teens 14 years old and older, specializing in helping young people struggling with ADHD, anxiety, and mental skills training for young athletes.
Adults
Nothing is worse than feeling stuck in a rut. Spinning your wheels has left you feeling drained and exhausted. Therapy is a place to explore your thoughts, feelings, and worries without shame or judgment.
I have worked with a diverse client base over the years and specialize in working with men struggling with anxiety, life transitions and adjustment challenges, justice involved clients, anger management, and substance use concerns.
